Illinois Court says no to Lechon

A Filipino in Illinois was ordered by the Cook County Municipal Trial Court Third District not to roast Lechon for the rest of his life (at least in the US). It was earlier reported that the neighbors of the Filipino filed a complaint because it’s illegal to do business in residential area. He also does not have a license to cook for mass production.

Laws are laws in other countries and Filipinos should follow whatever the laws are. It’s not like he’s in the Philippines where he could do anything he wants. This would serve a lesson to all Filipino lechon makers.
