CA junks Lozada’s kidnapping claim

The court of appeals junked Jun Lozada’s claim that he was kidnapped by the policemen after his arrival from Hong Kong and says the case is baseless. Lozada could not claim kidnapping since there was no resistance from him when he was escorted by the policemen from the airport. He also allowed to make a call and sent text messages and dined in a restaurant. That doesn’t sound like kidnapping to the CA.

People had enough of Jun Lozada’s lies. He acted as if he’s holier than the rest but really, he’s guilty of several cases of graft and corruption. You can’t fool the justices, they know if the person is genuine or just pretending to be one.
